You'll be able to turn a product right on the page and look at it from the front, the back and the inside: the hem, the lining, the way the fur falls. Useful especially when you order without coming by the workshop first.

You'll get a confirmation of your visit to the workshop and a reminder once your piece is ready to collect. If someone cancels, the freed slot is offered automatically to whoever is waiting.

After you collect your piece, you'll get a single invitation to say how the work turned out, not on the spot, but once you've had a chance to wear it. No chasing.

A place on the site where you'll be able to ask about fur, leather or a repair, and other customers will answer. The craftsman's own answer will be marked separately, as the workshop's verified reply.

Short classes on stitching, caring for fur and telling hides apart, plus days when the workshop can be visited. Places and dates will be announced here once they are set.
