2. The object of activity and the products

The trader carries out the activity of manual making, retail sale (including online) and reconditioning/restoration of fur and leather products. Online sales are carried out through the shop available on this website, under the conditions described in the Terms and Conditions.

The products are, for the most part, handmade items; the natural particularities of the materials (variations in shade, texture or pattern) are specific to them and do not constitute defects. The information about materials and care presented on the website is for information purposes and does not replace the recommendations provided together with the product.

3. The consumer protection authority (ANPC) and dispute resolution

The activity of trade with consumers is carried out under the supervision of the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — www.anpc.ro.

As a consumer, in the event of a dispute concerning our products or services, we encourage you to contact us first for an amicable resolution, at the contact details above. If the dispute is not resolved directly, you can address, for the alternative resolution of disputes, the Directorate for Alternative Dispute Resolution within the ANPC, in accordance with Government Ordinance no. 38/2015. Applications for alternative dispute resolution can be submitted through the ANPC's SAL platform, accessible at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

We inform you that the European online dispute resolution platform (SOL/ODR) has been shut down and is no longer available; the SAL procedure through the ANPC is the applicable alternative, without prejudice to your right to address the courts.

4. Electronic invoicing (RO e-Factura)

For sales to consumers (B2C), invoices are issued and transmitted through the national RO e-Factura system, under the conditions and within the deadlines provided by the applicable tax legislation (including Government Emergency Ordinance no. 120/2021 on the national RO e-Factura system and the subsequent implementing acts). The obligation to report in the RO e-Factura system for the B2C relationship applies, as a rule, from 1 January 2025, with calendar particularities for certain categories of traders, in accordance with the regulations in force.

On request, we can also make the invoice available in a legible format (for example PDF). The data necessary to issue the invoice (name/company name, address and, where applicable, tax identification code) is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The entire content of this website — texts, product descriptions, images, photographs, graphic elements, logo, the trade name „Meșteșugarul Brăilean”, structure and design — belongs to the trader or its partners and is protected by the legislation on copyright and industrial property (Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights).
