Orders & delivery
You can order online from the Collection page by adding the piece to your cart and going through checkout, or you can message us directly on WhatsApp to reserve a piece. For one-of-a-kind items we recommend contacting us quickly, as they are available in a single example only.
Delivery is by courier nationwide, within ⟦the estimated window⟧ from order confirmation. The cost depends on weight, value and destination, and is shown before payment. Natural fur is subject to special shipping conditions — contact us for details on the exact timeframe and rate.
Payment
You can pay by card online through a secure processor, by cash on delivery (paying when the parcel arrives), or directly in store when you collect the piece. All card payments are protected by 3D Secure authentication. For any payment query, contact us for details.

Returns & warranty
Yes. Under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition with the tag attached. The return cost ⟦is set out⟧ in our return terms — contact us for details.
No. Under art. 16(c) of OUG 34/2014, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or personalized (made to order, monogram, your own measurements). These are one-off pieces created specially for you and cannot be returned, but they remain covered by our workmanship warranty.
We offer a workmanship warranty on pieces we make and on repair work, covering manufacturing defects under normal wear and care. The warranty does not cover natural wear or damage caused by incorrect use. The exact duration and conditions ⟦are stated⟧ on your invoice — contact us for details.
Repairs & restoration
We repair and restore items in natural fur and leather: linings, seams, zips, buttons, pockets, sleeves and worn edges, as well as reconditioning, recoloring and restyling of older pieces. A good piece deserves a second life. For complex cases we assess the item before starting any work.
Send us a few clear photos of the piece on WhatsApp — the whole item, the damaged area and the label — and we will give you a free preliminary quote. For an exact final cost, the piece needs to be assessed in person at the workshop. A personalized quote is always free and without obligation.
Made to order
We start from your idea: we discuss the model, choose the material and lining, take your measurements or confirm them by video, then craft the piece in the workshop. The turnaround is ⟦about N weeks⟧ and we confirm it at the consultation. Begin with a WhatsApp message or through the order form.
Care
Keep pieces in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sun and heat sources. Use wide hangers to hold their shape and avoid plastic garment bags. If they get wet, let them dry naturally, away from radiators. For professional cleaning and storage, contact us for details.
Materials & authenticity
Yes. We work with natural fur and genuine leather, hand-selected by our craftsmen. Each piece is made in the workshop using traditional furriery and leatherworking techniques. We can explain the origin and characteristics of the material for any product — contact us for details about a specific piece.
Store, visits & diaspora
Yes, you are welcome at our store in Brăila, where you can see and touch the pieces, try them on and drop off items for repair. The workshop is in the same location, so you can see the craft up close. The opening hours and exact address ⟦are being updated⟧ — contact us to plan your visit.
For leather pieces we can arrange delivery within Europe. Please note: natural fur cannot be shipped via the usual international couriers, which prohibit this type of transport — we use specialist solutions with separate insurance.
