About this service
Some pieces don't just need repairing — they need rethinking. A transformation means taking an inherited or dated fur or leather piece and recutting it into something you wear again — a shortened coat, a vest made from a long coat, a bag from good leather, a fresh lining and a new line.
Every transformation starts from the existing material: we assess how much of the hide is still sound, keep what is valuable and recompose the shape. We document the result "before and after", so the difference is visible — reconditioning usually costs far less than the price of a new piece.
